From January 9th, this traditional establishment will stand for a clear vision, the highest quality, and genuine hospitality. Surrounded by light, open spaces, and sunshine, we combine alpine inspiration with contemporary gastronomy – understated, meticulous, and with respect for the product and its origin.
As members of the guild of restaurateurs, we are committed to artisanal cuisine, select producers, and a style of cooking that doesn't need to be loud to impress. Regionally rooted, seasonally inspired, and with a refined sense for creating moments of pure enjoyment – from a sunny midday meal to an evening view of the city lights.
